Phase 2 of the Hillside Boarding House refurbishment. This high-end residential-style commercial property required meticulous attention to detail to match the premium nature of the boarding facility.

We assigned our most experienced heritage decorators to the timber restoration, using traditional preparation methods and premium oil-based finishes. For the main areas, we coordinated daily with the main contractor to ensure seamless trade sequencing.
